September 14-17, 2011, Deputy Dean Dong-Hua Zhu attended the 2011 International Technical Mining Conference and 2011 International Conference on Science and Innovation Policy. The conference was hosted by the School of Public Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology.
September 20, Professor Zhu, as a representative of Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics, met with Professor Alan Porter of Georgia Institute of Technology School of Public Policy on building a joint innovation lab.
