November 23, 2013, the "National Seminar on Graduate Engineering Management Case Teaching" was held at Xi'an Jiaotong University Academic Exchange Center. The meeting was organized by the National Steering Committee for the Engineering Management Professional Degree and hosted by the Graduate School of Xi'an Jiaotong University. This was the first case study seminar organized by the Committee. More than 130 experts and scholars from nearly 60 universities attended the seminar. Professor Zhang Xiang presented at the meeting, and received wide attention from the attending experts and scholars. The convening of this meeting played a very active role to further promote and improve the engineering management education philosophy, system and methods.
