"Building a maritime power" is an important strategic goal of China's future development, the only way to sustainable development and to world power for the Chinese nation. In order to better interpret the meaning and significance of "Building a marine power", analyze and understand its implementation path, December 25, 2014, the Integration of the Two and Development Research Institute, the School of Economics and Management and the Defense Mobilization Research Center invited Professor Fang Shujia, vice chairman of China Shipbuilding Engineering Society and former chief engineer of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, to give us a lecture entitled "Expanding shipbuilding services, a bridge to marine power".
