SME administration was happy to invite Miss He Yanlan, director of Publicity Coordination Branch of BIT Party Committee to give a talk, in an aim to better spur communications throughout BIT campuses.
The talk took place in the Main Edifice on April 15, with all SME administrators attending.
As the first part of her speech having the general title Basics of University Journalism: Interviews and News Compositions, Miss He summarized the fundamentals in news acquisition, composition and editing, such as the definition of news and relevant policies on publicity work, in an easy-to-understand genre.
