June 28 to July 4, the eleventh annual meeting of the International Society on Family Business was held at the University of Palermo in Sicily, Italy. SME Professor Pei Rong, and Dr. Wang Yong from University of wolverhampton, UK, submitted a joint study "family business dynamic capabilities: UK vs. China". After a rigorous assessment of the Commission, the research was unanimously approved, and ultimately won the Ernst & Young Research Rursary funding in the amount of € 10,000 for one year. This award is the regarded the highest award in the field.
