自2021年年中以來，歐洲的天然氣和電力價(jià)格大幅上漲。這使得單一天然氣和電力市場面臨嚴(yán)峻的壓力測試。這也引發(fā)了對在實(shí)現(xiàn)凈零排放過程中電力市場的合理設(shè)計(jì)的思考。本次講座將探討電力市場(批發(fā)和零售)應(yīng)該如何運(yùn)作，以及在如何更好地設(shè)計(jì)電力市場以提供高效、安全和清潔的能源方面吸取了哪些教訓(xùn)。
主講人簡介：
Michael Pollitt，劍橋大學(xué)Judge Business School 教授，Cambridge Energy Policy Research Group 副主任，The Energy Journal,Review of Industrial Organization,Competition and Regulation in Network Industries,Energy and Climate Change,Economics of Energy and Environmental PolicyandUtilities Policy 等期刊編委。International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE) 出版副主席（2020-2023），CERRE 歐洲監(jiān)管中心學(xué)術(shù)聯(lián)合主任，麻省理工學(xué)院能源與環(huán)境政策研究中心（CEEPR）研究員。Michael Pollitt教授為世界銀行、歐洲委員會、英國競爭委員會，新西蘭商務(wù)委員會等多個國際組織和機(jī)構(gòu)提供咨詢建議。
