Jennifer Shang是美國(guó)匹茲堡大學(xué)Katz商學(xué)院教授，是運(yùn)作管理和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際知名專(zhuān)家。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)楣?yīng)鏈和服務(wù)性組織系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、綜合商業(yè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)估、調(diào)度和控制、定價(jià)和收益管理、商務(wù)分析、醫(yī)療管理、多準(zhǔn)則決策等。在管理領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊Management Science (MS), Information Systems Research (ISR), Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing, European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR), International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), IEEE Transactions等發(fā)表研究論文50余篇。

This report on detailed requirements will be covered in the talk to help your paper publication with TOP journals as well as with other world journals.
(1) The planning, scheduling and control of systems in supply chain and service organizations. She develops theoretical and heuristic approaches to improve the productivity and quality of business decision and process, and to address corporate social responsibility;
(2) Pricing and Revenue Management. She works on pricing, product bundling, e-commerce, and online market structure;
(3) Business Analytics. She explores large data sizes, huge noise, and predicts rare events;
(4) Healthcare management. She addresses the inefficiency and excessive cost issues in the US healthcare system. She also examines hospital overcrowding issues and develops coordination mechanism for various departments within the hospital.
(5) The multi-criteria decision making–?an inter-discipline focus on operations, marketing, finance and MIS interactions. She applies Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique to measure the relative efficiency of operating units with similar goals and objectives. Analytic Network Process (ANP) and other Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) tools are employed to make decisions under complicated business environment;
(6) Design and evaluate integrated business systems.
